Private equity group NBGI and industrial developer Panattoni are to build a 25,000 m2 build-to-suit warehouse at Pilsen Park West in the Czech Republic.
Private equity group NBGI and industrial developer Panattoni are to build a 25,000 m2 build-to-suit warehouse at Pilsen Park West in the Czech Republic.
NBGI, in partnership with Panattoni Europe, has signed a long-term lease agreement for the construction of the facility on behalf of Faurecia, a supplier to the automotive industry.
The development agreement stems from NBGI's acquisition of PilsenPark West from Kajima Estates Europe Limited. DTZ managed the sales process on behalf of Kajima. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The transaction includes the acquisition of an existing 24,000 m2 logistics facility leased to Trost Auto Service Technik and about 20 hectares of land for further industrial and logistics development.
