Frankfurt-based investment and asset management group NAS Invest is joining forces with a multi-family office serving prominent Danish business owners to set up a joint venture focused on investments in the Nordics.
The partnership, known as NAS Real Nordics, will be based in Copenhagen and will seek to build up a €1 bn diversified real estate portfolio in the northern European countries.
Investments will be principally in core-plus properties within the office, retail and logistics asset classes and with a geographical focus on Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The capital will be raised and managed through a Luxembourg-based reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) structure, which is currently being prepared for launch. The target size of the fund is roughly €1 bn.
