NAS Invest hires Corestate's Preisig to open Zurich office

Preisig, who joins from Corestate Capital, will oversee the domestic and international coverage of the group’s co-investors while also being responsible for business development and equity syndication of future investments.

Preisig has over eight years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. At Corestate Capital, he was a vice president in client relations in Zurich and Singapore covering mainly family offices, (ultra) high-net-worth individuals and private banks.

'In addition to Germany, Switzerland is an important location for many of our partners. Opening an office in Zurich to service them even better has therefore been a logical step,' said Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, managing partner at NAS Invest in Berlin. 'In Marius Preisig, we gain not only an expert with profound expertise but also a former colleague we know from many years of working together.'

With offices in Germany and Luxembourg, NAS Invest manages over €4 bn of commercial properties in Central Europe.
