Berlin-based asset manager NAS Invest has appointed Julian Reinecke as managing director of its commercial property arm focusing on north-eastern Germany.
Effective 1 October, Reinecke will be responsible for managing and expanding NAS Real Nord-Ost's portfolio alongside Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, founder and managing director of NAS Invest.
'We are excited to have found an experienced partner for our new Berlin-based subsidiary in Julian. He will systematically build our portfolio in northern Germany,' says Dëus-von Homeyer.
NAS Real Nord-Ost is headquartered in Berlin and focuses in particular on Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden as well as the wider Hannover-Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region. The southern parts of Germany are covered by the subsidiary NAS Real Sued-West with headquarters in Frankfurt/Main.
Reinecke was previously vice president of German development group Freo.
