German firm NAS Invest has announced the appointment of Irmgard Linker as the new head of Finance & Accounting.
Linker will be based in Frankfurt am Main. She reports to Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, managing partner and COO of NAS Invest.
Linker, who holds a degree in business administration and economics, was most recently head of Fund Services at Patrizia Germany, where her responsibilities included accounting and taxes, risk management and real estate valuation, and she was in charge for the international offices in Luxembourg and London. Prior to this, she was managing director and CFO at TRIUVA, the internationally active capital management company originally belonging to IVG Immobilien and later to Patrizia, with real estate assets worth almost €10 bn spread over around 40 funds at the time.
Her previous positions also included the British investment manager Schroders, where Irmgard Linker worked for around twelve years, most recently as managing director and COO of Schroder Investment Management and as managing director of Schroder Property KAG.
