Nanette, the Central & Eastern European residential developer, announced on Thursday that a special resolution to delist the company from the AIM market in London was passed at the company's EGM on 16 September.
Nanette, the Central & Eastern European residential developer, announced on Thursday that a special resolution to delist the company from the AIM market in London was passed at the company's EGM on 16 September.
The cancellation of trading of Nanette's shares on AIM is expected to take effect from 25 September 2009.
