NAI Global has announced a partnership with Lintrup & Norgart to service corporate and investment clients in Denmark. The firm will now operate as NAI Lintrup & Norgart.
'As part of our strategy to offer a full commercial real estate service range, it was a natural choice to enter into a partnership with a strong international brokerage organisation,' said Stig Lintrup, managing director of Lintrup & Norgart. 'Working in partnership with NAI Global, we will be able to grow our network of foreign investors.'
NAI Lintrup & Norgart has already received a number of instructions including the letting of two buildings in central Copenhagen, which previously housed the Royal Academy of Music, as well as the letting of the prestigious Harsdorff House in the Centre of Copenhagen and the sale and letting of Royal Dockyard Tower development.
