NAI Apollo sells 20,000m2 asset in Frankfurt

Agent NAI Apollo has divested the headquarters of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance (KVH) in Frankfurt.

The transaction price was not disclosed. However, the company said that the deal was in the low double-digit figures.

Located at 11-15 Georg-Voigt-Straße, the asset was bought by the Unmüssig group of companies from Freiburg.

The 20-storey building offers 15,000 m2 of office space and 220 parking spaces. It was originally built between 1976 and 1978 and refurbished in 2000.
