European co-ownership pioneer for luxury vacation homes MYNE has raised €40 mln in a Series A funding round.
The investment, the largest so far in the European prop-tech sector this year, will fuel the company’s growth and expansion plans.
With a portfolio spanning six countries, the company plans to leverage the new funds to enhance its technology and financing infrastructure, broaden its property offerings in existing markets, and enter new territories such as Croatia and Portugal. Additionally, MYNE aims to extend its services to customers in the Benelux region and the UK.
The funding round was spearheaded by hospitality and real-estate-focused private equity firm Limestone Capital, with participation from existing investors Motive Ventures and Scope Hanson. Since its inception in 2021, MYNE has amassed over €60 mln in equity and debt financing and currently oversees a substantial number of shared luxury vacation properties.
