The scheme is owned by Marissa Beta, part of Czech Property Investments, a Prague-based company owned by financier Radovan Vitek.
'We see this decision as a mark of confidence in our services and expertise in this field of service,' commented Martin Kubík of Multi Mall Management. The company has been active in the country since 1999 and currently manages a portfolio of five shopping centres in the country.
Centrum Olympia Mladá Boleslav was developed by TriStannifer, previously known as Multi Development. Opened in 2001, the scheme provides 21,500 m2 of floor area over 50 retail units and 1,200 parking spaces.
Last month CPI named Cushman & Wakefield for the management of another centre in the Czech Republic, Olympia Teplice. The scheme covers 32,000 m2 and comprises 85 retail units anchored by an Albert hypermarket. CPI became the owner of the centre in mid-2011.
