Multi Vastgoed completes leasing of Amersfoort office project

Multi Vastgoed has entered into a 10-year lease agreement with the HOB Support Agency for a new office at the Brouwershof office complex in Amersfoort.

HOB will lease approximately 400 m² of office space at ground floor level, including 4 parking spaces at this sought-after location in Amersfoort, from 1 June 2009. HOB is a specialist service organisation that provides secretarial and administrative support to patient organisations.

This final lease transaction, effected by DTZ Zadelhoff on behalf of the lessor, the Brouwershof project is now fully leased and as such completed.

The project is situated in the surrounding area of Amersfoort Railway Station and comprises three buildings: a 4-star hotel of NH Hoteles and two office buildings. One of these office buildings is home to the head office of Akzo Nobel Base Chemicals (about 9,500 m2).

Brouwershof cv, a joint venture between Multi Vastgoed and Van Hoogevest Ontwikkeling, is responsible for the development and realisation of the Brouwershof project.

Both office buildings are investments of one of the office funds administrated by ING Real Estate. DTZ Zadelhoff of Utrecht and Comma Vastgoed were responsible for the lease on behalf of the lessor.
