Multi Turkey has announced its new management board, following the completion of its merger with Qubicon Real Estate Investment.
The new chairman of the board will be Kemal Kaya, former CEO of Yapi Kredi Bank and currently a senior advisor at Blackstone.
As chairman, he replaces Jonathan Lurie, managing director at Blackstone, who will continue to serve on Multi's supervisory board.
Patrick van Dooyeweert, who was previously managing partner at Qubicon, will continue as managing director of Multi Turkey.
Michiel Wolters has been appointed as finance director of Multi Turkey.
Kaya remarked: 'I look forward to working closely with Patrick and Michiel as we continue to build on Multi Turkey's strong position in the retail real estate market as a destination of choice for both leading retailers and local consumers.'
Multi Turkey is a subsidiary of Amsterdam-based Multi Corporation, which is owned by funds managed by the Blackstone Group.
