Multi signs contracts with Palace cinemas for Czech malls

Multi Development Czech Republic and cinema operator Palace Cinemas have signed lease contracts for three newly planned multi-cinemas.

The contracts relate to Multi's developments Forum Ústí and Labem, Forum Liberec and Forum Nová Karolina in Ostrava.

The 5-screen cinema in Ústí nad Labem will open in the spring of 2010, to be followed by the opening of a 5-screen cinema in the Forum Liberec project, which will happen as a part of opening Phase II of the development.

Opening of an 8-screen cinema in Nová Karolina is planned for the end of 2010.
