Multi signs cable car lease agreement for Czech mall

Multi Development and the city of Ústí nad labem in the Czech Republic have signed the lease for the lower station of the cable car in Multi‘s forum shopping centre in the heart of Ústí.

The cable will connect downtown Ústí nad Labem with Chateau Vetruse on the opposite hill. The cable will have a length of 300m and bring visitors in 2.45 minutes to the top of the hill. Multi said the vantage point affords a magnificent view over the city of Ústí, the River Labe and its surroundings.

Multi's shopping and leisure centre Forum Ústí nad Labem will open in autumn this year, offering more than 100 shops, multiplex cinemas, restaurants and coffeshops on a total area of 27,000 m².
