Irish private investor Donal O'Mahony purchased the shopping centre for an undisclosed amount in autumn 2006. Multi Mall Management will be responsible for the management of the shopping centre. Multi's inhouse architects T + T Design created the master plan for the project and further work was carried out by Ortner & Ortner Baukunst, Berlin and Kramm & Strigl, Darmstadt.
