Multi Development has opened Forum Palermo, the first major retail project in the capital city of Sicily. The 65,000-m[sup]2[/sup] project with 124 units has been developed by Multi Development-C Italia and will be managed by Multi Mall Management Italy.
Multi Development has opened Forum Palermo, the first major retail project in the capital city of Sicily. The 65,000-m2 project with 124 units has been developed by Multi Development-C Italia and will be managed by Multi Mall Management Italy.
Forum Palermo involved an investment of EUR 215 mln. The centre is anchored by a 13,500-m2 Ipercoop hypermarket, a 9,150-m2 stand-alone DIY anchor. The project included the renovation of two existing buildings.
Forum Palermo is Multi's third project in Italy. I Petali shopping centre in Reggio Emilia and Retail Park Mestre were opened in 2007 and 2008. The malls are managed by Multi Mall Management Italy.
