The new shopping centre has a total of 146 shops and has restaurants on three floors. The ground floor houses a supermarket and general shops, with the first floor accommodating young fashion retailers and restaurants. The centre is anchored by El Corte Ingles, Grupo Inditex, C&A, H&M, and Primark. The scheme also offers about 2,200 parking spaces.

'Espacio Buenavista has created over 800 direct new jobs in an area affected in the recent years by a fall in industrial activity', said Víctor Manuel Gómez Izquierdo, managing director of Multi Development Spain.
