Multi lifts leasing at Duisberg project to 80%

Multi Development has leased more than 80% of the 1,200 m2 of retail space at its Stadtfenster mixed-use project in the German city of Duisburg after sealing an anchor tenant agreement with drugstore Dirk Rossmann.

Multi is now making the final selection for the wining and dining concept that will cover the last available square meters.

Dirk Rossmann is the only German drugstore operator in the world’s 50 fastest-growing trading companies and is market leader in Germany with stores across the country. It will open its doors in the centre in the fourth quarter of 2014.

The Stadtfenster multifunctional centre is the third project to be developed and realised in Duisberg by Multi Development after Forum Duisburg and Königsgalerie. Duisburg City Library and the Duisburg Community College will be moving into premises totalling 11,000 m2 on the upper floors of Stadtfenster later this year.
