European retail management and development company, Multi Corporation, has appointed Andrea Boris Hipeco as the head of leasing.
In addition to this, he takes on leasing directorship for Multi’s newly established French division.
In a statement, the company revealed the new hire had joined from Immofinanz AG, where he held the position of country manager, responsible for expanding and managing the real estate portfolio in Italy.
Prior to that, he worked as a senior innovation manager at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield, where he introduced new tenants and formats in Europe and led a new strategy in the change of URW tenant mix and client experience.
He has even held a position as international leasing manager at Spanish group Neinver, supporting tenants in their expansion, and had a spell in leasing at Sonae Sierra.

Multi currently manages over 80 properties across Europe.
