Multi Corporation's Dutch subsidiary and local player ASR Vastgoed have opened the Vleuterweide shopping centre in Leidsche Rijn, the Netherlands.
Vleuterweide Shopping Center is the new city centre for Leidsche Rijn-West with a catchment area of approximately 50,000 inhabitants. The mall, situated on a lake and connected by the rapid transit line, comprises about 15,000 m2 of retail space, 2,000 m2 of offices, 300 sale and rental apartments and parking.
The shops in the centre are a joint development of Multi Vastgoed and ASR Vastgoed Ontwikkeling. ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer owns the stores. Multi is responsible for the development and realisation of the residential units.
