Multi and Heijmans have sold Cegelec's new Dutch headquarters at the Amstelwijck Business Park in the city of Dordrecht to a private investor. The total investment value amounts to around EUR 7.1 mln.
The headquarters for Cegelec, an electrical engineering group, comprises approx. 2,400 m2 of office space and 1,500 m2 of operational floor space, with car parking spaces. Cegelec has negotiated a 10 year lease. Appelhoven Real Estate Advisors acted on behalf of the buyer in this transaction, with Van Steenveldt Real Estate Partners taking care of the finances.
