MSREF sells EUR 450m European hotel portfolio

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) has sold a portfolio of European hotels to Lebanese businessman Toufic Aboukhater for around EUR 450 mln, well-informed market sources confirmed to PropertyEU.
