French listed property firm MRM Invest has announced the sale of the Crysalis office building in Nanterre for nearly EUR 50 mln. The company, which focuses on retail and office property, said that the sale is part of its disposal strategy.The firms has sold off over EUR 120 mln worth of assets since early 2009.

French listed property firm MRM Invest has announced the sale of the Crysalis office building in Nanterre for nearly EUR 50 mln. The company, which focuses on retail and office property, said that the sale is part of its disposal strategy.The firms has sold off over EUR 120 mln worth of assets since early 2009.

'The finalisation of this deal enabled us to achieve our target of asset sales by the end of 2010. We have therefore taken another step in our short-term plan of action,' said Jacques Blanchard, chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MRM.

Crysalis is a 10,600 m2 office building located on Avenue Georges Clémenceau in Nanterre (Paris region). The building is let entirely to ERDF under a nine-year lease agreement. MRM was advised by real estate brokers CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as by law firm Théret Associés.

MRM, which is managed by CBRE Investors, owns a mixed portfolio of office and retail properties comprising both core assets and value-added opportunities.
