Hamburg-based asset and investment manager MPC Capital has recruited Warburg-HIH Invest Retail Properties' former managing partner Ludwig Vogel as managing director of its MPC Real Estate Solutions unit.
He will focus on MPC Capital's office and retail real estate strategies in Germany. The company, which has 260 staff, is active in the real estate, shipping and infrastructure asset categories.
Vogel has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, he together with his team at Warburg-HIH launched two retail funds for institutional investors.
He previously also worked as managing director at Edeka's CEV property arm and ECE.
