Pan-European industrial and logistics developer Mountpark has appointed Guillermo Garcia-Almuzara to the role of development director, Spain.
Based at the company’s office in Madrid, Garcia-Almuzara will be responsible for leasing and delivering new opportunities for customers in Spain and Portugal, working alongside Mountpark’scountry officer, John Derweduwe and projects director, Leandro Greblo.
Garcia-Almuzara joins Mountpark from Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid, where he was head of industrial and logistics, Spain.
Nigel Rowe, managing director, Western Europe, Mountpark, said: 'We are delighted that Guillermo has joined the team in Madrid.
'He brings wide-ranging experience in the logistics and industrial market to Mountpark and his expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our operations in Spain and Portugal.'
Mountpark Logistics is a joint venture between USAA Realco-Europe, the Dutch subsidiary of USAA Real Estate and Mountpark.
