Global third-party loan servicing and credit asset management firm Mount Street Group has announced the appointment of Grant Tough as head of primary servicing.
He joins the team in London at executive director level, where he will be reporting to managing director Serenity Morley. He will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Mount Street’s primary servicing capabilities, managing teams based across Europe and Australia.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Tough brings an in-depth and exhaustive knowledge of the UK and European commercial lending market from both a restructuring and origination perspective. In his most recent role as head of loan servicing at BCMGlobal UK, he oversaw the provision of loan servicing and loan advisory services across a number of teams, including CMBS Primary and Special Servicing, NPL, Facility and Security Agent, SME, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure and Asset Surveillance services.
Mount Street, which will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2023, recently achieved a major milestone in reaching £100 bn of assets under management.
