With teams based in Hamburg and London, substnz is independent and owner-operated, and features extensive experience in investment, asset management, capital markets, and financing.
substnz is focused on providing a wide range of alternative financing solutions for property owners and developers in Europe. It will initially target the German and UK markets, with a long-term goal of expanding to other European countries.
substnz benefits from the skills and expertise of its founders. eXapital has international capital market and financing knowledge, Mount has experience in structuring specialized financing, and Sonar has comprehensive transaction, asset management, project development, and ESG expertise.

substnz is particularly interested in high-yield investments that are collateralized by real estate and have strong ESG credentials.
It offers a variety of debt financing solutions, including senior and whole loans for existing financings, as well as ESG capex loans.
