Goodman Group has appointed Jean-François Mounic as regional director Southern Europe, effective December of this year. He will also continue in his current position as country manager for Goodman France.
Goodman Group has appointed Jean-François Mounic as regional director Southern Europe, effective December of this year. He will also continue in his current position as country manager for Goodman France.
Mounic has been with Goodman since March 2007. Prior to joining Goodman, he was Commercial Director, Marketing & Communications at the Heppner Group for eight years. He also worked for ABX Logistics for three years and at TNT for 10 years.
He will continue to be based in Paris with responsibility for the Group's operations in France, Spain and Italy and will report to Danny Peeters. In the Southern Europe region, Goodman currently has EUR 734.6 mln of assets under management and EUR 84.3 mln of developments under construction for parties such as Lidl and DSV.
Mounic replaces Murray Barclay who will return to Auckland as General Manager Property for Goodman New Zealand.
