German developer Momeni Gruppe has offloaded the Wallhaus office and retail building in Hamburg to a private investor for €60 mln.

German developer Momeni Gruppe has offloaded the Wallhaus office and retail building in Hamburg to a private investor for €60 mln.

Momeni redeveloped and extended the building on Neuen Wall in 2011 for a total investment of €55 mln.

Tenants in the 5,000 m2 property include luxury retailers Giorgio Armani and Mulberry and law firms GSK Stockmann and Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.

Grossman & Berger advised Momeni on the sale, while financing was provided by Hamburger Sparkasse.
