Mohari Hospitality, Omnam Investment Group, and renowned artist Pharrell Williams have joined forces to acquire a historic 5-star hotel in Paris' prestigious 1st Arrondissement.
Built in the 17th century and formerly known as the Hôtel Saint-James & Albany, the property is located between Rue de Rivoli and Rue du 29 Juillet, near the Louvre Museum and offers views of the iconic Tuileries Gardens and the Terrasse des Feuillants. This prime location overlooks Rue Saint Honoré, one of Paris' most famous fashion streets.
This marks the latest luxury venture for Mohari and Omnam, who formed a strategic partnership in 2022 to elevate luxury hospitality, food & beverage, and leisure experiences across Europe by combining their expertise and strengths. The acquisition also represents their first co-investment with Williams.

Mohari and Omnam were advised on the acquisition by August-Debouzy, GALM, and Ashurst alongside PWC. Eastdil Secured advised on the transaction and affiliates of Apollo Management International acted as lenders.
Mohari’s investments include Tao Hospitality Group and Riviera Dining Group, as well as a portfolio of properties operating under iconic brands including the Four Seasons Madrid; 1 Hotel Toronto; Andaz, Four Seasons, and Ritz Carlton Reserve Resort and Residences at Peninsula Papagayo; and the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
Omnam’s diversified portfolio includes Four Seasons Puglia, Baccarat Hotel Florence, the Edition Lake Como, and the Kimpton POST in Rotterdam (in development).
