Polish logistics developer MLP Group has closed a €21.5 mln financing deal with BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

The funds will be used to refinance the construction of a 34,600 m2 warehouse facility located within the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre.

Kycia Legal Banking Finance provided legal advisory services to the bank on this transaction.

Situated in Brwinów near Warsaw and five kilometres from Pruszków, MLP Pruszków II is the largest complex of its kind in the region, boasting a target lease area of over 424,000 m2. The buildings are BREEAM-certified and equipped with photovoltaic installations on their roofs.

MLP Pruszków II is well-connected to central Warsaw and major highways. Located near the A2 motorway and international railway lines, the park offers excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. It also has bus stops and bike rental stations on-site.
