Polish logistics developer MLP Group has secured a €26.8 mln loan from ING Bank Slaski for its logistics park projects.
The loan will be used to refinance existing logistics facilities totaling 58,200 m2 in the MLP Poznan and MLP Poznan II parks. It will also support the development of an additional 21,700 m2 of warehouse space in the same parks. This brings the total area financed by the loan to roughly 80,000 m2.
Monika Dobosz, CFO/Board member at MLP Group, said: ‘We are very pleased to have completed this transaction with a leading financial institution. The decision to provide support to our Group is underpinned by the bank’s positive assessment of our business model and investment projects. The funding will secure full financial stability to us and will contribute to the dynamic growth of our operations.’
Situated in Koninko, Poland, MLP Poznan boasts easy access via the nearby S11 expressway, which connects Poznan and Katowice. It's also strategically close to major highways, being only 4 kilometers from the A2 motorway, and 16 kilometers from the center of Poznan.
Upon completion, MLP Poznan will provide nearly 90,000 m2 of warehouse and production facilities, spread across a 20-hectare area, for e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing companies.
MLP Group prioritizes sustainable development and aims for BREEAM certification (Very Good or higher) for its new facilities.
