A mixed-use London development by Malaysian infrastructure group, MTD, has been named as Europe’s best tall building.
One Crown Place, which has six floors of office space, with residential, hotel and retail elements, scooped the award given by The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH) Annual Conference in Chicago.
CBRE is the project manager of the project.
In September, the agent said two floors totalling 36,588 ft2 has been let to a global tech company.
