Japanese conglomerate Mitsui has sold two office buildings in the City of London for a total of £135 mln (EUR 199 mln). The properties, acquired by private clients of DTZ, are leased to Royal Bank of Canada for an annual rent of £7.5 mln for the next four years. The deal reflects a net initial yield of 5.5%, the online edition of The Times newspaper reported.
