Mitsubishi Estate Company (MEC) has received planning permission for a 22,300 m[sup]2[/sup] office redevelopment at Finsbury Park, London.

Mitsubishi Estate Company (MEC) has received planning permission for a 22,300 m² office redevelopment at Finsbury Park, London.

The project at River Plate House, 7-11 Finsbury Circus involves the construction of a nine-storey office building with ancillary retail on the ground floor.

MEC takes possession of the site in September 2013 and is looking to complete the building in 2016 which will take advantage of the limited speculative development in the City currently being envisaged.
