The tower will be developed in a 50/50 joint venture with Beetham Organisation and will reach a height of 170 metres or 52 floors providing about 100,000 m2.

'The positive decision made by the competent committee is a pledge of the city's and its people's confidence in us,' noted Sergey Polonsky, chairman of the Mirax Group. 'Today we have all necessary approvals on hand.' The complex will accommodate apartments, a hotel, exhibition spaces and a trade and recreation centre.
