BNP Paribas Real Estate is presenting its Novartis Campus office scheme being developed in a western suburb of Paris at the MIPIm real estate fair in Cannes this week.
Located at 6-10 Rue Henri Sainte-Claire Deville, in the Rueil-sur-Seine business district, the campus is designed by architects Quadri Fiore and developed by the BNP Paribas Real Estate development teams.
The scheme encompasses eight floors and 42,200 m2 of offices with HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent certification. It had also obtained Effinergie + certification.
The Campus Novartis has been leased off-plan for 10 years without break option and is to be marketed by the Investment department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction.
A model of the scheme is being exhibited on the stand of BNP Paribas Real Estate (R7-E73 Hall Riviera) throughout MIPIM.
Construction of the campus is to begin in April 2016, with a view to housing the French headquarters of the Swiss pharmaceutical group Novartis by 2019.
