Luxembourg-domiciled asset and investment fund specialist Mimco Capital has strengthened its project and asset management team with the appointment of real estate specialist Adrian Gholami.
The appointment is part of Mimco’s expansion programme in Germany.
Before joining Mimco Capital, Gholami was active in Berlin at the engineering office IKR and at Engels & Völkers. He joins Mimco Capital from the architecture and project management office MKP Architekten.
Mimco Capital manages a number of funds including Everest One, which focuses on investments in higher-yielding properties with a need for restructuring and further potential.
The fund is aimed at German and French family offices and institutional investors and targets a volume of €400 mln.
