UK retail development specialist Milligan has appointed Howard Penstone as development director. Penstone will lead the company's projects including the redevelopment of The Mailbox, in which Milligan co-invested last May alongside Brockton Capital.

UK retail development specialist Milligan has appointed Howard Penstone as development director. Penstone will lead the company's projects including the redevelopment of The Mailbox, in which Milligan co-invested last May alongside Brockton Capital.

He will also be responsible for the development programme at Camden Lock Market which was recently acquired by The Urban Market Company. Milligan is a partner in the UMC alongside Brockton Capital and the original owners of Camden Lock Market.

In addition, Penstone will help to source new retail development opportunities for Milligan.

Penstone has 20 years’ experience in planning and delivering complex commercial projects, including new builds and refurbishment. Prior to joining Milligan, he was responsible for the development of the new Network Rail National Centre in Milton Keynes.
