Mileway, the pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has unveiled a raft of new roles and several promotions at its asset management division.
Thomas ten Bokum, chief real estate officer – who is among those with a new title - said: ‘We have been able to fill these roles by promoting from within Mileway, which is fantastic and speaks to the talent of our team.’
Emmanuel Van der Stichele, CEO, said ‘The changes to the Asset Management Leadership Team illustrate the opportunities that we provide our people to grow and to take on new leadership roles within the business.’
Mileway launched in September 2019. It owns or manages more than 1,800 properties totalling 16 mln m2 across 11 countries and employs over 400 people.
Ten Bokum, who heads up the asset management leadership team, changes from head of investment and portfolio management to chief real estate officer.
Meanwhile, MD promotion roles go to Philip Cridge MD of UK and Ireland, having previously served as country director UK, Tomas Beck MD of Nordics, with responsibility for Sweden, Denmark and Finland, having previously served as country director Nordics, and Mario Costa MD Southern Europe, with responsibility for France, Italy and Spain, having previously served as country director Italy.
Promotions to country director go to Jacob Goldmann (Sweden), Thomas Lauritsen (Denmark) and Timo Simolin (Finland).
Wouter Dijkman will be promoted to country director Netherlands, having previously served as portfolio manager Netherlands.
Michele Lodigiani will be promoted to country director Italy, having previously served as regional manager Italy. Also reporting to Costa is the newly appointed country director for France, Aymeric Canivenc, and Guillermo Ravell, whose role expands to include oversight of Mileway’s managed portfolio in Portugal as country director for Spain and Portugal.
Andrew Smith will be promoted to the newly created role of head of property management Europe.
