BNP Paribas REIM has announced the start of the first phase of disposal for Fondo Comune Milano II, a property fund seeded with assets from the municipality of Milan.
In a statement, the Italian arm of European fund manager BNP Paribas REIM said it is selling a total of 36 assets in several auctions, with the first one involving a portfolio valued at EUR 90 mln.
Major assets in the portfolio are the Bolis Gualdo Palace, providing some 5,000 m2 of space on four floors. The scheme is being sold for a starting price of EUR 31 mln.
