Mike Sales has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, 21 of which have been at TH Real Estate and its predecessor company. During this time, he has held a number of senior management roles.

His most recent appointment was as managing director, Europe in 2011 and responsibilities include overseeing investment and the day-to-day management of the European business whilst working closely with each of the different areas supporting the overall business.

Commenting on the changeover, Darkins sais: 'As the business embarks upon its next chapter, it’s a natural point at which to announce my retirement after over 30 years in the industry. Mike and I have worked together since 2001 and his experience and knowledge of our business will ensure a seamless transition into his new role.'
