European investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors has internally promoted Michal Nawrot to the position of head of investments.
His responsibilities will include the implementation of investment objectives, asset management to increase their value and the fund's investment strategies in the CEE region.
Nawrot joined Peakside as an investment analyst and thereafter advanced through internal promotions to various positions.
He has 12 years of experience gained at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, among others.
Roman Skowronski, managing director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland, said: ‘Michal has been supporting Peakside since 2013 in the search for investment-attractive properties, as well as their acquisition and management in Poland, the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe. I am glad that we have a specialist with such skills in our team, who will support us in many future business initiatives.’
The latest promotion is the latest in the expansion of the company’s internal structures as part of plans to expand the real estate investment portfolio.
Peakside Capital Advisors manages €1.4 bn in assets on behalf of institutional investors.
