Private equity group MGPA has unveiled plans for the redevelopment of its asset at Boulevard de la Madeleine in Paris which provides a total of nearly 30,000 m2 of office and retail space.

In a statement on Monday, MGPA said it has started construction on the historic scheme in the central business district of the French capital. The office element of the project is 92%-prelet with just 1,500 m2 still on offer. BNP Paribas, CBRE and Knight Frank manage the marketing of the scheme.

The retail facilities are fully pre-let to C&A, Decathlon and Marionnaud.
