Under the agreement, Sony has committed to a new 6,900 m2 lease for a period of 12 years.
The office building, located near Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam has an area of 21,778 m2. Switzerland, Germany and Italy.
MGPA Asset Manager, Andrew Rose said: ' The lease with Sony Benelux illustrates the quality of the building and its prominent position next to Schiphol Airport. We are delighted with Sony’s renewed commitment to the building and believe that this will provide a platform for other companies to occupy the remaining 4,000 m2 in this excellent location.'
