European private equity group MGPA is joining forces with CarVal Investors to launch the marketing of its Viva office project in the Malakoff district of Paris.

The two partners have mandated BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield to find tenants for the 17,000-m2 office scheme, which is currently being redeveloped.

MGPA and CarVal started development on a speculative basis in July 2011, through construction firm Immobilière d’Ile-de-France. The complex will boast a double HQE and BBC environmentally-efficient certificate on completion in mid-2013.
