This investment, which adds to a 14,000 m2 and 9,300 m2 business park developments in the same area, evidences Metrovacesa's bid for expansion in the capital of Catalunya, southern Spain. The group recently opened the 32,000 m2 Parc22@ located in the heart of the business district. Metrovacesa has assets valued at EUR 15.72 bn.
