Spanish real estate developer Metrovacesa will invest €32.6 mln in a new housing complex in Barakaldo, province of Bizkaia close to Bilbao.
The Altos de Parque Serralta development will have 121 homes, mainly with two and three bedrooms, distributed in four free-standing buildings of six, eight and nine stories.
All homes have a double orientation, as well as spacious terraces and clear views, garages and storage rooms.
The construction solutions combine optimal maintenance and durability with high thermal and acoustic comfort features.
The residential complex will have the highest energy rating in line with Metrovacesa's commitment to sustainability.
With financing from Kutxabank, Altos de Parque Serralta will be developed by the construction company Eraikuntza Birgaikuntza Artapena (EBA).
This project is located in Serralta Park, a privileged natural space of 57,000 m2 already under construction that will include a wide variety of tree species, extensive walkways and children's play areas.
Numerous services are a few minutes away, including schools, health center, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and children's playgrounds.
The project is expected to provide a significant economic and social boost, especially for the neighborhoods of Lutxana, Llano and Cruces.
