Spanish real estate developer Metrovacesa has started marketing a new construction project in the town Quart de Poblet (Valencia) for which it plans to invest €22 mln.
The Molí Mistral development will be made up of 120 homes with between two and four bedrooms of up to 137 m2 and large terraces with an average surface area of 12 m2.
The owners will have access to the large common areas, playground, children's swimming pool and adult swimming pool.
The development will also have five commercial premises.
The Arqueha studio has been entrusted with the design of the complex, which is close to the centre of Quart de Poblet and one minute from the metro stop which connects to the center of Valencia in just 12 minutes.
The surrounding area offers all kinds of services, including stores and schools.
According to Metrovacesa, it plans to develop the project ‘with firm criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency, reduction of CO2 emissions and limitation of energy consumption.’
Molí Mistral will achieve the highest energy ratings: Energy Consumption Energy Rating: A; Emissions Energy Rating (CO2) A; DOMUM and Green Seal of Sustainable Building.
Molí Mistral is Metrovacesa’s third project in Quart de Poblet and the 23th in Valencia where it offers over 1,335 new homes.
