Spanish asset manager Meridia Capital is reportedly in final negotiations to sell the Everis headquarters complex in Barcelona to German fund manager Allianz.
According to Spanish press reports, the Project Sea complex located at the 22@district of Barcelona is being sold for a price of €180 mln
The scheme consisting of two office buildings provide a total of 27,000 m2 and are due to be completed in the third quarter of the year.
The complex also includes 7,000 m2 of residential space known as the Ice Project.
Meridia bought the land plot for development in 2017.
